Seeking craftsman partners to turn our sold jobs into flawless, finished glass installations. We supply the customers, measurements, and pre-staged materials; you bring the skills, knowledge and crew. Avoid will-call lines as all glass and hardware are pre-staged at our shop to facilitate a grab and go glaze process.

Avoid will-call lines as all glass and hardware are pre-staged at our shop to facilitate a grab and go glaze process.
Responsibilities:
- Installation excellence – install frameless showers, dual-pane replacements, mirrors, and light-commercial fronts with zero call-backs.
- Site professionalism – arrive in branded PPE, protect floors, maintain a tidy work zone, and leave the home cleaner than you found it.
- Quality documentation – verify dimensions, capture step-by-step documentation, and close each ticket with required sign-off.
- Safely perform a quality service or installation on the date promised.
- Problem-solving – flag measurement discrepancies or hardware issues immediately and propose field fixes that keep the schedule moving.
- Continuous improvement – share tool tips, jig ideas, or load-out tweaks that make the next install faster and safer for everyone.
Typical Scope:
- Shower enclosures, mirrors, IG replacements, light-commercial storefront repairs
- Residential window/door installation including new construction and retrofit
- 1–3 installs per week to start (expand as your crew bandwidth allows)
- Jobs clustered within 25 mi of 76137 to minimize windshield time
Requirements:
- 4–5 yrs professional glazing experience (residential or mixed)
- Active LLC or sole-prop with general-liability insurance
- Work truck/van, glazing tools & PPE
- Smartphone for photo uploads and e-sign docs
- Customer-first mindset and respect for the homeowner’s property
